introduction
pain
THE WORLD'S PROBLEMS OF OUR TIME:
- Environmental degradation, climate change;
- Overpopulation of the planet, shortage of food, energy, water and mineral resources;
- Limits of wealth growth, financial instability;
- Weapons of mass humiliation, nuclear proliferation;
- Violence, conflicts and wars;
- Deterioration of migration;
- Ethical relativism and spiritual degradation; devaluation of the value of a person's inner world
THE UNDERLYING CAUSES OF THE CRISIS IN THE MODERN WORLD:
The reason is in the absence of such a vision within the framework of the existing paradigm of the development of society and science.
There are many scientific centers in different countries dedicated to solving global problems. Nevertheless, the world is becoming more complicated, and the problems continue to intensify.
Science gets an important place in modern society and culture. But it has serious drawbacks, without overcoming which it is impossible to find a way out of the actual crisis. In particular:
1. There is an abundance of empirical information, while there is a lack of means to analyze and comprehend it;
2. Information is often fragmented and dispersed;
3. Scientific knowledge does not have sufficient coherence and unity;
4. Scientific subjects are developing unevenly, successes in one area are not always accompanied by achievements in another.
5. The scientific picture of the world is rather an ideological construct than a system of objective information. In science, there are often subjective preferences and concepts and that are not fully proven.
6. The methodology of scientific research is imperfect. It is impossible to cover all planes of reality in a scientific way. Art, philosophy, religion, and even mythology are forced to come to the aid of science.
7. There is a predominance of applied research and technology. At the same time, there is no awareness of which direction and why it would be right to move. Commercial or political interests prevail.
8. Problems of logic and ethics in science. A number of scientific studies are irrational due to their potential threat to the world (genetic experiments, the creation of new types of weapons and diseases).
WHAT IS THE WORLD INSTITUTE OF FUNDAMENTAL RESEACH?
This is a project that will change the mindset of the human being, then the whole world.
Our project is unique and aims to rethink the scientific, philosophical and cultural heritage of mankind and develop a new paradigm of thinking, cognition and activity.
The ultimate mission is to provide humanity with scientifically based knowledge and a worldview capable of harmonizing the development of man and nature, connecting West and East, North and South, overcoming the global problems of our time, and forming new models of technological development and society.
necessity
Why is this necessary?
- the world cannot cope with the challenges of our times: environment , risks of mass destruction as a result of the use of weapons of mass destruction, natural and space disasters, epidemics; limits of economic growth and resources, overpopulation of the planet, abuse of power, the pursuit of profits, lack of optimal management mechanisms. Human civilization in its modern form does not have a lot of time.
- the reasons for this inability of the world (there is no unified system of knowledge, the growing chaos of empirical information, the loss of human orientation - logical and moral, the lack of desire for truth and even the structuring of information, the struggle of worldviews in an underdeveloped culture of knowledge and a clear system of evidence);
possibilities
How can the project change the situation?
- the project pursues a complex goal: methodological (development of a unified system of knowledge), ontological (formation of a global architecture of knowledge), informational (dissemination of the new knowledge), technological (transition to the development of fundamentally new social and engineering technologies - energy, materials, construction, management, education, medicine) and even political (reforming of society).
In other words, using and rethinking all modern achievements of science and culture, the project will allow us to develop a consistent system of knowledge and culture that will open up new opportunities for ideological and technological renewal of human civilization;
needs
What is needed to launch and implement the project?
- to create an endowment fund, which will finance the activities of the Institute (salary of researchers + a bonus for each published scientific material);
- to place the finance of the endowment fund under the management of a leading global company, government or main sponsor;
- to secure all the scientific information obtained for the exclusive use of the sponsors and founders of the Institute.
WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROJECT:
METHODOLOGICALLY:
- to conduct an extremely critical analysis of the main approaches and concepts in the system of scientific knowledge in terms of their validity and compliance with the criteria of reliability;
- to consider cognition as a complex cognitive process encompassing the entire human psyche;
- to examine culture as the collective psyche of society;
- to study the psyche and culture in a comparative aspect;
- to develop a general methodology of cognition on this basis.;
- to build an architecture of knowledge based on a new methodology and analysis of the main body of scientific facts;
- to develop applied research programs in the main areas of engineering, technology, pedagogy, medicine and social management based on the newly formed architecture of fundamental knowledge.
ORGANIZATIONALY:
- to bring together on a permanent and temporary basis leading scientists from various fields of science (the initial "core" of 20-25 people. With a subsequent increase up to 100 people + extensive involvement on a short-term (one-time) basis of specialists as needed;
- to form a flexible structure of the Institute (changing as tasks are solved);
- to work on the basis of a problem-oriented approach (solving scientific problems);
- the introduction of a de-bureaucratized system with simple reporting in the form of specific weekly and monthly results - scientific articles and reports that succinctly and concisely reflect the main points of research;
- establishment of internal peer review (critical analysis of all prepared scientific materials).
Project implementation dates:
TASKS AND EXPECTING RESULTS:
WHAT TASKS ARE TO BE SOLVED:
- to rethink the achievements and gaps of each of the sciences;
- to find common points of connection of scientific knowledge, to overcome its internal fragmentation;
- to find common ground in scientific and other forms of knowledge;
- to consider science in an inextricable connection with culture and the human mental world
- to develop a general methodology of systematic scientific (scientific and philosophical) cognition;
- to develop a theory of systemic fundamental knowledge;
- to apply a new methodology for conducting applied research.
THE STRUCTURE OF THE INSTITUTE:
In accordance with the goals and objectives of the project, the following structure will be gradually formed:
1.Department of Social Sciences and Humanities ;
2.Department of Natural Sciences;
3.Department of Philosophy and Culture;
4.Department of Applied Knowledge (Medicine, Pedagogy, Management, Engineering and Technology);
5. Department of Methodology and Theory of Cognition.
The final structure of the Institute:
1. Department of Fundamental Knowledge (General Philosophy, Cosmology, Anthropology)
2. Department of Applied Knowledge (Medicine, Pedagogy, Management, Analytics, Engineering)
EXPECTING RESULTS:
- changing the technological structure of human civilization;
- formation of a harmonious basis for the development of society and ecosystem;
- transformation of India into the center of global development of human civilization (Indian philosophy will become the conceptual basis of global development);
- removal of contradictions between West and East, North and South.
GEOGRAPHY
Where will the project be implemented:
India will act as a central place for conducting relevant research and promoting a systemic fundamental worldview in the world.
Branches will then be established in Europe, Russia, North and South America, and Africa.
Indian philosophy and India's position in the modern world serve as an excellent basis for promoting a holistic, harmonious approach to life and knowledge, which in the future may become a major global trend.
